Prenatal Registered Programs
Join us for a six week series of prenatal classes especially crafted to allow you to connect your body and your baby. Cultivate strengthening, relaxation, and body awareness practices through gentle poses, breath work, visualization and meditation. Take this special time for yourself to explore your body, quiet your mind and enjoy your pregnancy in a supportive environment with a community of other mothers-to-be. No previous yoga experience required.

Yoga Thrive is a research-based, therapeutic yoga program for cancer survivors and their support persons. This gentle, 12-week yoga program is based on hatha yoga, but has been modified for cancer survivors- especially those who are experiencing stiffness, pain, stress or fatigue. Dr. Nicole Culos-Reed has been researching the benefits of this program since 2002. Past participants have found significant benefits in overall mood, stress levels, physical strength, and quality of life.
Yoga Thrive is open to all cancer survivors (on or off treatment) and their support persons. Research continues to be tied to the program, but participation in the research study is voluntary and involves completion of confidential questionnaires at different times throughout the program. Class sizes are kept small to ensure individual attention and safety, and no previous yoga experience is necessary. Each class is 75 minutes and held once per week over a 12-week period. The program is progressive (i.e. each class builds on the previous) and led by a certified instructor trained in the Yoga Thrive program.

Kids 6-9yrs Registered Programs
Your kids will have a laugh while Andrea Zeiler guides them to move, stretch and breathe along to yoga! Each class introduces children to yoga, movement, mindfulness, breathing and finally relaxation. It will also improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun yoga. Please bring a mat and a water bottle along with you.

YOGA 101 - INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
Yoga 101 is a introductory 6 week registered program where students will learn the fundamentals of traditional yoga, in a safe and supportive environment. In Yoga 101 you will learn the various styles of yoga, breath work, proper alignment and modifications for each pose. You will also practice relaxation and meditation in our beautiful candle lit studio. Our highly experienced teacher is there for any question you may have regarding your yoga practice. Great for all beginners, and those who would like a refresher in deepening their practice.
