This class is a fusion of two styles of training; functional movement and interval training integrated together for maximum results.Functional movement training helps to increase your strength and range of motion, while interval training helps to build stamina. Intense interval training is characterized by short bursts of high energy movements followed by even shorter periods of rest. The workouts are defined as being done at 90-95% of your maximum heart rate. Each class varies by incorporating props, using body weight and or free weights. ALL LEVELS.
Sculpt is a class if your looking to tighten, tone, and sculpt your body with resistance training, light cardio, and free weights blending all the ideal methods of training. Perfect if you want to change up your yoga practice to focus more on strength. ALL LEVELS.
Barre combines ballet inspired moves with components of Pilates, yoga and strength training. In this class you will improve your posture, flexibility, as well as toning the legs, tummy and buttocks. Barre focuses on high repetition of small range movements, while also holding your body still while you contract specific muscles. This class is a great addition to your fitness repertoire and is a fun way to strengthen, tone, and move. Barre class includes the use of light weights, Pilates balls, straps and blocks, and is great for all levels.
Pilates focuses on the CORE muscles of your body, this includes your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks. It will improve your flexibility, increase your muscle strength and tone all of these areas. You will also learn to be aware of your breathing patterns and spinal alignment while working the deep muscles within your core. This class is designed to engage students in developing leaner, longer looking muscles, while establishing core strength along with a heightened mind-body awareness.
